Teacher Learning Programme

Our comprehensive course delves deeply into pertinent theoretical subjects. The curriculum covers both conceptual topics and applied aspects related to preschool management and the curriculum. Striking a harmonious balance between theory and practice, our program’s practical component includes supervised teaching. Trainee educators actively plan and execute routine and innovative curriculum activities in a school setting. Under the expert guidance of experienced faculty members, this supervised teaching hones necessary skills and instills confidence. Trainees also learn to craft creative teaching aids during their practical training.

Our training institute has been pivotal in preparing educators for preschool teaching, catering to the age group of three to six years. These formative years are crucial and influential, laying the foundation for later learning. Our core objective is to equip teachers to meet the challenges of fostering all-round development in growing children.

Guest lectures and interactive workshops are integral to our curriculum. Experts in Early Childhood Education conduct these workshops, enriching the learning experience. Successful graduates of our program earn a Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education, enabling them to teach in pre-primary schools. Our impressive placement record speaks for itself, with 100% of our graduates finding positions since the Academy’s inception. Many have joined prestigious schools, while others have established their own pre-primary or daycare centers.

Designed to accommodate full-time or part-time workers, homemakers and students pursuing higher education, our course ensures minimal disruption to their existing schedules. Interactivity between faculty and students is emphasized, and the curriculum also caters to the needs of small rural schools.

Graduates are awarded a Pre-Primary Teaching Certificate from Knewtone Teachers’ Training Academy after completing the course.

ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates aged 21-45 are preferred for admission. The minimum requirement is a graduation degree from an approved Board/University.

Morning Practical Training: 08:30 am to 12:30 pm

Daily Online Sessions: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
